My First Blog!

Okay, I am in love with knitting. I have been knitting for about two years. I am not what you'd call an outstanding knitter, but I am fearless. The more complicated the pattern the better- I'll try anything once. The only problem is that sometimes I know how to do the hard stuff and easy stuff like picking up a dropped stitch sounds harder than brain surgery!!

I just knit my first sock and have been reading blogs all over for too long now! I am going to participate in Socktober Fest so I figured I would need a blog to go with it!!

My first sock is below. Yes it is only one. Second sock syndrome already... I just can't knit with the LL when I have all this beautiful handpainted stuff lying around!

Pattern: My Own- rib and stockinette

Needles: Addi Sz2 47"

Yarn: Lorna's Laces
